Brady Alstead provides a wide range of project management and construction support services to Frauenshuh customers, clients and the portfolio in the areas of project delivery, new construction, tenant improvements, building renovation and a variety of special projects. Brady works closely with the Frauenshuh teams coordinating architectural and construction processes including the development of specifications, bid criteria, solicitation of bids, awarding and execution of contracts, financial controls, financial submissions, project oversight, value engineering and documentation of completed projects.
Brady joined Frauenshuh in early 2019. Prior to joining Frauenshuh, he worked ten years as a master installer of custom millwork while working directly with the design and execution of projects. He managed a service team for a residential construction and maintenance company and was directly responsible for project schedule and closeout. Brady also coordinated and managed lighting retrofits and electrical requirements for prominent national retailers.

Brady earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a major in Health and Human Performance and was a member of the River Falls hockey team. He also was an inductee of the Athletic Hall of Fame. Brady is a Minnesota native and resides with his family in Plymouth. Brady enjoys running, biking and watching all their kids sports, soccer, hockey, dance and baseball.
