Frauenshuh provided site selection, acquisitions, development and ongoing management of this 50,000 square foot destination multi-specialty medical building at the intersection of Hwys. 494 and 169 in Edina, MN. The mix of services included an ACS, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, orthopedics, oncology, and physical therapy & rehabilitation.

The facility was developed in 2003 and designed to accommodate both future vertical building expansion along with the addition of structured parking on the site. Frauenshuh navigated a variety of site planning variables and constraints to deal with the parcel’s irregular shape, soil and topography considerations and other planning issues to maximize the sites potential.
