Frauenshuh assisted two clients, Park Nicollet Health Services and Park Dental, with a relocation to this newly constructed retail building through purchasing and repositioning this vacant spec-built retail property anchored by Target with high visibility to Highway 169 and easy access. Following this stabilization, Frauenshuh protected the clients’ interests through lease provisions covering their key needs such as term, size flexibility, property condition requirements, and property management provisions. Following this, Frauenshuh sold the property and has provided property management services at the site for the buyer.
