Fairview Ridges Specialty Care Center was developed in 2014 on the Fairview Ridges Hospital Campus in Burnsville, Minnesota. The building consists of 133,000 square feet and contains an ambulatory surgery center, cardiac care, cancer center, diagnostic imaging, orthopedic clinic, colorectal center, pharmacy and a retail durable medical equipment outlet. The Specialty Care Center is connected to the Fairview Ridges Hospital through a climate controlled skyway and located immediately adjacent to a parking structure.
