Frauenshuh sourced an “off market” redevelopment opportunity for HealthPartners as a strategic option for the Neuroscience Center in St. Paul. Frauenshuh led the charge with site selection, land assembly, due diligence, and governmental approvals and entitlements for this award-winning specialty center for HealthPartners.

The site was previously fully-occupied and operating as a flex/industrial use. Frauenshuh’s negotiations with the railroad, billboard company, St. Paul Port Authority and existing tenants with long-term remaining lease durations made the site and project possible.
