Originally located at Fairview Ridges Hospital, Park Dental had outgrown its space and had no expansion capabilities to serve the south metro market.  Frauenshuh was engaged to assist Park Dental in creating a new primary and specialty care dental clinic in Burnsville, MN.  With limited options, Frauenshuh found a site flanking the hospital campus that was literally crater whole in the ground.  After the site was purchased and entitled, Frauenshuh imported 75 cubic yards of dirt to backfill the site and start construction on this “best in class” dental facility. The facility has been the home to Park Dental since 2005 and was designed for future expansion as Park Dental and The Dental Specialists continue to serve Burnsville and the surrounding area.
