Frauenshuh assisted Park Dental with the strategic relocation of their practice out of an outdated multi-tenant medical office building (which was later demolished) into a new, high-visibility build-to-suit project. Park Dental initially maintained ownership and chose to transfer the ownership stake into a joint venture between Frauenshuh and Park Dental’s employees.
