Park Dental was in need of additional space from their prior location in a roughly 1,200 square foot retail bay in Hugo, Minnesota. Frauenshuh assisted with site analysis and identification of options to consider for lease, purchase or new development. A site was identified along the primary traffic route and adjacent to a new fuel station and new financial institution. Frauenshuh provided full-service acquisition and development services to enable construction of a new 5,050 square foot dental facility with the capability to expand by an additional 3,000 square feet.
