This redevelopment consisted of phased demolition of three former buildings to provide for one new state-of-the-art dental building onsite. One of the key constraints was a need to keep the existing clinic operational throughout construction, less than three (3) feet away from the wall of the new clinic building.

This project is bold in its use of an existing site for redevelopment with absolutely no downtime for the existing clinic. The clinic was able to stay open through a Friday at the former location and then move into the new location the following Monday, maintaining 100% coverage for patient care.
