Back in the mid-90’s, Frauenshuh coordinated a market analysis for Park Nicollet to fulfill a growing market underserved for medical care. Phase 1 of the project was to develop a Primary Care Clinic with the ability for future expansion. As the community continued to grow, the demand for services could no longer be accomodating in the current facility so Park Nicollet triggered its expansion capabilities to add a comprehensive specialty care facility in 2015.
