Plymouth City Center Medical Office Building was developed as a joint venture with North Memorial Health and one of Frauenshuh’s principals in 2014. The project is a 2-story 50,000 square foot building anchored by Voyage Health (formerly North Clinic), which occupies the entire first floor. West Metro Ophthalmology, the Institute for Athletic Medicine and Minnesota Oral Surgery are also tenants in this multi-specialty project.
