Frauenshuh in collaboration with St. Francis Regional Medical Center (Franciscan Sister, HealthPartners, Allina Health and Essentia Health) has completed multiple planning and development phases on campus since the original campus development in 1994. Projects have included the 46,000 square foot Phase I MOB, including acute care, ambulatory care, long-term care, oncology, primary care and retail functions. In 2007, Frauenshuh completed the Phase II MOB, a 60,000 square foot building with programs including neurosciences, orthopedics, pain management, physical, occupational and sports rehabilitation, prosthetics and primary care. In 2016, Frauenshuh completed the most recent addition to the campus, consisting of a 15,500 square foot front entry expansion.
