Frauenshuh developed the TCO Vadnais Heights project through a land purchase from the County to revitalize an area that had been distressed from the 2008 financial crisis. The project uses extensive glass elements to positively portray the Twin Cities Orthopedics brand to the vehicles from White Bear Lake on Highway 61 as well as the visitors to the ice arena. Additionally, first-class elements such as underground water retention elements, heated sidewalks, and open ceiling areas for rehab create an inviting, enjoyable patient experience.
