Chad earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas in 2003. Chad is a Minnesota native residing with his family in Inver Grove Heights.

Responsibilities

Chad Conoryea currently oversees the Bremer Bank portfolio consisting of over 950,000 square feet across three states and leads a team of two Facilities Managers and three Facilities Administrators. His primary responsibilities include facility operations, financial oversight, leasing and tenant support, project management as well as long and short-term planning. Chad’s diverse experience with corporate facilities and investment property brings a wide range of experience to his clients and teammates.

Experience

Chad joined Frauenshuh in 2008. During his time at Frauenshuh he has worked within the Property and Asset Management Division, as well as the Facility Management Group.  Throughout his tenure he has worked on a variety of real estate portfolios including Healthcare, Industrial, Retail and Financial, assisting clients and ownership with day-to-day operations, tenant build-outs, large capital projects, capital planning, operational budgets and project management.
