Marykay earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting from Normandale Community College.  She is a Twin Cities native, resides in Burnsville and enjoys reading, arts and crafts and spending time with family and her newly born granddaughter Makayla Mae.

Responsibilities

Marykay Alexson works in the Frauenshuh Property Management division as the Client Services Supervisor.  She is responsible for managing the Dispatch team to provide work direction, training and overall support. The dispatch team is a key element of our overall service delivery and interacts with every group within Frauenshuh. 

Marykay and her team dispatch our site-based and roving engineers for tenant service calls.  She also handles the invoicing to our clients and assists the Engineering Manager with the department financials. She keeps engineering and department records, assuring preventive maintenance is up to date and records maintained, all while assisting our Lead Engineers and Engineering Manager with special projects.

Experience

Marykay joined Frauenshuh in 2008, prior to moving into Frauenshuh’s dispatch role, she worked as Office Manager for her family’s property maintenance and construction company. She has over 16 years of experience in the commercial and residential property arena.
