Matt graduated in May of 2015 with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and minor in Business Management from the College of St. Scholastica where he was also a member of the NCAA Men’s hockey program. Matt was born and raised in the suburbs of Vancouver, British Columbia. He currently resides in Maple Grove with his wife and two sons.

Responsibilities

Matt Malenstyn joined Frauenshuh in 2022 and currently works in the Property and Asset Management Group. In this role, he is responsible for assisting and coordinating the activities of properties including physical property management, tenant relations, financial and budget reporting, as well as leasing and marketing.

Experience

Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Matt worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car for six years and as a Branch Manager for the last four years. He managed 8 different locations across the west metro. During his experience, he oversaw the day-to-day operations, onboarding, financials as well as the planning and execution of various business plans. Matt is well versed in managing assets, financials performance and metrics, and providing excellent customer service.
