Matt graduated in May of 2015 with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and minor in Business Management from the College of St. Scholastica where he was also a member of the NCAA Men’s hockey program. Matt was born and raised in the suburbs of Vancouver, British Columbia. He currently resides in Maple Grove with his wife and two sons.

Responsibilities
Matt Malenstyn joined Frauenshuh in 2022 and currently works in the Property and Asset Management Group. In this role, he is responsible for assisting and coordinating the activities of properties including physical property management, tenant relations, financial and budget reporting, as well as leasing and marketing.
Experience
Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Matt worked in the rental car industry for six years, serving as a Branch Manager for the last four. He managed eight different locations across the west metro and was responsible for day-to-day operations, asset/risk management, employee onboarding, financials, and the planning and execution of various business plans. Matt is well versed in managing assets, financials performance and metrics, and providing excellent customer service.
