Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Denver, and is originally from St. Paul but currently resides in Minneapolis. In Natalie’s free time she enjoys traveling, painting, pilates, concerts and spending time with friends and family.

Responsibilities

Natalie Simmons is a key member of the Property and Asset Management Group. In her role, Natalie is responsible for an array of services including property management, tenant relations, financial and budget reporting, as well as leasing and marketing. Natalie brings additional depth to the portfolio and asset management team.

Experience

Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Natalie interned at several commercial real estate firms while pursuing her undergraduate degree. During these internships, she gained valuable experience in residential and commercial property management, assisted with development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and agency work representing landlords and tenants. Natalie’s involvement in the Alpha Phi sorority at the University of Minnesota and University of Colorado included leadership roles such as Executive Administrator, VP of Finance and Housing, Executive Administrator Advisor, and Chapter Operations Advisor.
