Frauenshuh provided a build-to-suit solution to The Dental Specialists for their new location in the Coon Rapids market. The building was the first standalone new construction building for The Dental Specialists and enabled their practice to provide high quality patient care while also increasing visibility and referrals from general dentists in the market. Ownership options were flexible and The Dental Specialists chose for Frauenshuh to maintain ownership but later bought in for a minority share in the building.
