Britt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Project and Operations Management from Minnesota State University – Moorehead and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Minnesota. Britt and her family currently reside in Medina. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, fishing, boating, and cherishing moments with her family at their cabin.

Britt specializes in corporate real estate services to commercial real estate owners and occupiers covering a variety of services including tenant and buyer representation, leasing and brokerage, financial analysis, project due diligence, and overall portfolio strategy, management and project coordination.
