Chris was born and raised in Minnesota and currently resides with his family in Inver Grove Heights.  He enjoys outdoor activities including fishing and hunting.  He likes spending time with family and friends, often over his grilled or smoked creations.

Responsibilities

Chris Pozega is a Facilities Manager and works within the Property and Asset Management Group at Frauenshuh.  Chris currently supports the Bremer Bank portfolio focusing on branch locations across Minnesota and Wisconsin.  His primary responsibilities consist of customer relations and facility operations, financial planning and oversight, and vendor management.

Experience

Chris joined Frauenshuh in 2023. He came to us with over 14 years of corporate facility management experience and over 30 years in the construction and trades industries.  Chris’ responsibilities have ranged from managing million square foot office properties across multiple locations to owning his own business.  Chris is an experienced manager who is equally comfortable and adept with physical and mechanical property challenges including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, as he is with administrative functions including budgeting, capital, project management, and documentation.  Chris is consistently valued for his strong customer-service skills as well as innovative practices such as establishing environmental programs and cost-savings initiatives.
