Katie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota.  She currently lives in Savage and enjoys spending time outdoors and on the lakes with her family, friends, and dog.

Responsibilities

Katie Nelson is a key member of the Project Management Team within Frauenshuh. She is responsible for managing a variety of projects on behalf of our clients within the office, medical and retail sectors.

Experience

Katie joined Frauenshuh in 2019.  Since joining Frauenshuh she’s been a member of the Property and Asset Management group, supporting the Bremer Bank portfolio.  She was responsible for facility operations, financial oversight, long and short-term asset management planning, and customer relations for 27 Bremer locations within North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Katie managed a portfolio of both residential and commercial condominium buildings downtown Minneapolis.  Her other real estate experience includes working for a retail real estate developer in the Leasing department where she was responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of Twin Cities shopping centers.
