Laura Moore is part of the Frauenshuh Corporate Services team, offering representation, consultation and strategic solutions to corporate and commercial real estate users, investors and owners. Laura works to enhance business strategy and create asset value. Laura’s practice includes corporate real estate services, tenant and buyer representation, development, acquisitions & dispositions and strategic advisory services on a local, regional and national level.

Laura is dedicated to ensuring her clients secure the best possible real estate solution while helping clients make informed decisions about buying or selling properties. She offers strategic advisory services that provides her clients with insights and recommendations based on extensive market analysis. Whether working on a local or national scale, she is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that align with each client's unique goals and challenges.

Laura’s professional experience spans over 22 years in corporate and commercial real estate.  Laura has worked with private and publicly held corporate and institutional entities on an array of real estate requirements from strategic planning and market analysis, site selection and acquisitions. Laura’s proven track record in site selection, identifying optimal locations that align with client objectives while considering factors such as accessibility, market demand, and growth potential. Her experience in acquisitions further strengthens her capability to negotiate favorable terms and secure properties that support long-term business strategies.
