Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Golf Enterprise Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Ryan is a native to the Twin Cities and currently resides in Woodbury with his wife and daughters.

Responsibilities

Ryan Windett is a key member of the Property and Asset Management Group. In his role, he is responsible for leading the activities of Wings Financial Credit Union Facilities. This includes property management, tenant relations, financial reporting, budgeting, project management and involvement in leasing and marketing.

Experience

Ryan joined Frauenshuh in 2021 assisting in managing properties in the Frauenshuh Portfolio. Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Ryan spent 10 years working as a PGA Golf Professional. During his experience, he assisted in overseeing the day-to-day operations, onboarding, as well as the planning and execution of the Clubs retail program. Along with his previous managerial skills, Ryan brings years of providing exceptional customer service skills and is committed to carrying that over to Frauenshuh.
